1. Reprimand 2. Effective August 24, 2005 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing respondent=s plea of nolo contendere to the allegations that he failed to supervise his office manager, who made a number of unauthorized withdrawals from respondent=s client trust and business accounts. Respondent was charged with violations of MCR 9.104(A)(2)-(4) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 5.3(a); 5.3(b); and 8.4(a).
The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded with a condition relevant to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $845.67.
