1. Suspension - 3 Years and 1 Day 2. Effective July 19, 2005 1 The Grievance Administrator filed a petition on September 13, 2005 seeking entry of an order increasing discipline for respondent's failure to comply with the hearing panel's order of June 27, 2005. Specifically, that respondent continued to practice law after his license was suspended and failed to file an affidavit of compliance as required by MCR 9.119(C). The respondent filed an answer to the petition and appeared at the show cause hearing held on November 10, 2005. The hearing panel concluded that respondent had failed to comply with its previous order and MCR 9.119.

The hearing panel ordered that the one year suspension imposed in Grievance Administrator v Grover C. Rudolph, Case Nos. 05-04-GA; 05-24-FA, be increased to a three year and one day suspension. The panel further ordered that all conditions in its prior order remain in force. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,787.43.

1 Respondent has been continuously suspended from the practice of law in Michigan since July 19, 2005. See Notice of Suspension with Conditions issued July 20, 2005.
