Reinstated Effective August 16, 2005
Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law, by consent, for a period of 18 months, in Grievance Administrator v Mosabi Hamed, Case Nos. 03-105-GA; 03-114-GA, and for one year in Grievance Administrator v Mosabi Hamed, Case No. 02-130-GA. Both suspensions were effective August 5, 2003. The petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #17, which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules. On July 22, 2005, the panel issued its order of eligibility for reinstatement with two conditions.
On August 16, 2005, the date of petitioner=s compliance with the conditions ordered by the hearing panel, the Attorney Discipline Board issued an order of reinstatement with condition. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $936.08.
