1. Revocation 2. Effective September 10, 2005 The Grievance Administrator filed Formal Complaint 04-106-GA based on proceedings before the Judicial Tenure Commission (AJTC@). On February 1, 2005, the Michigan Supreme Court ordered respondent=s removal from the bench. 1 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) and MCR 9.115(M), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by a hearing panel.
The parties further stipulated to the entry of an order revoking respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan. Costs were assessed in the amount of $758.84.
