Effective September 28, 2005 The hearing panel found that respondent, as appointed personal representative in two probate matters, failed to properly administer the estates by failing to file an amended final account as instructed by the court; and failed to conclude his administration so that a final distribution could be made and the estates could be closed. Respondent=s conduct was in violation of MCR 9.104(A).
The hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and assessed costs in the amount of $3,447.68.
