NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITIONS Case No. 05-86-GA Notice Issued: January 27, 2006 Harry R. Boffman, III, Detroit, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #6.

1. Suspension - 120 Days 2. Effective August 25, 2005 The hearing panel found that respondent knowingly neglected a legal matter entrusted to him; failed to act with reasonable diligence and promptness in representing his client; and failed to respond to the Grievance Administrator=s lawful demand for information.

Respondent=s misconduct was in violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(3); 1.3; and 8.1(a)(2). The panel ordered that respondent be suspended for 120 days, effective August 25, 2005, to run concurrently with a suspension ordered in Grievance Administrator v Harry R. Boffman, III, Case No. 05-68-GA. The panel also ordered that respondent be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,788.12.
