NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITION (By Consent)

Case No. 05-124-RD Notice Issued: June 19, 2006 Brian G. Di Pietro, P 35664, Phoenix, Arizona, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #21.

1. Suspension - 2 Years 2. Effective May 20, 2005 Respondent=s license to practice law in Arizona was suspended for two years for professional misconduct and the Grievance Administrator filed a petition for order to show cause why a reciprocal order of discipline should not be entered in Michigan.

The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline containing respondent=s agreement that he was afforded due process of law in

the original proceeding and that imposition of identical discipline in Michigan would not be clearly inappropriate.

The parties agreed that respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan should be suspended for two years, retroactive to May 20, 2005, the date respondent=s license was suspended in Arizona. The parties also agreed that respondent shall provide proof of compliance with the condition ordered by the Arizona Supreme Court. Costs were assessed in the amount of $759.30.
