The Grievance Administrator and the respondent filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), based on respondent's conviction of OUIL 3 rd , a felony, in the Oakland County Circuit Court. The hearing panel ordered that respondent be suspended for 179 days, effective May 19, 2005, the date of his conviction. Costs were assessed in the amount of $806.26.
The suspension was terminated on May 16, 2006 with the respondent's filing of an affidavit of compliance with the Michigan Supreme Court, in accordance with MCR 9.123(A).
