1. Suspension - 1 Year 2. Effective April 29, 2005 Based on respondent=s conviction of Operating-OUIL, per se 3rd offense, a felony, in violation of MCL 257.6251-A and MCL 257.6256D; and operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCL 257.9041B, the hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license to practice in Michigan be suspended for one year, effective April 29, 2005, the date of his felony conviction. The hearing panel also imposed conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,048.20.
