NOTICE OF AUTOMATIC INTERIM SUSPENSION Case No. 05-65-AI Notice Issued: May 5, 2005

Effective April 29, 2005

On April 29, 2005, respondent pled guilty to Operating While Intoxicated-Third Offense, a felony, in violation of MCL 257.625(1); and Driving While License Suspended, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCL 257.904. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of the felony conviction.

Upon the filing of a certified copy of the judgment of conviction, the Attorney Discipline Board will enter an order directing respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered.
