NOTICE OF INTERIM SUSPENSION AND RESTITUTION (WITH CONDITIONS)

1. Suspension - 2 Years 2. Effective July 1, 2005 Based on an agreement between the parties, the hearing panel issued an interim order suspending respondent=s license to practice in Michigan for two years, commencing July 1, 2005. The panel also ordered that respondent pay restitution in the amount of $11,983.34 and be subject to certain conditions relevant to the established misconduct.
The panel is currently considering a motion by the Grievance Administrator regarding the assessment of interest if the restitution ordered remains unpaid by January 1, 2006. Additionally, the panel ordered that the parties had 30 days in which they may submit a written stipulation in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5).
