1. Reinstated 2. Effective April 14, 2005 Petitioner=s license to practice law was originally suspended for 18 months, effective May 20, 2002. Her petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #26. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established her eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules. On March 25, 2005, the panel issued its order of eligibility for reinstatement, conditioned upon petitioner=s active membership in the State Bar of Michigan.
On April 18, 2005, the Attorney Discipline Board issued an order of reinstatement, with an effective date of reinstatement of April 14, 2005, the date petitioner paid her bar dues to the State Bar of Michigan. Costs were assessed in the amount of $284.40.
