1. Reinstated 2. Effective March 21, 2005 Petitioner=s license to practice law was originally suspended for 30 months, effective July 3, 2002. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Ingham County Hearing Panel #5. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules. On March 14, 2005, the panel issued its order of eligibility for reinstatement, conditioned upon petitioner=s active membership in the State Bar of Michigan.
On March 21, 2005, the Attorney Discipline Board issued an order of reinstatement, with an effective date of reinstatement of March 21, 2005, the date petitioner paid his bar dues to the State Bar of Michigan. Costs were assessed in the amount of $922.41.
