1. Reinstated 2. Effective January 28, 2005 Petitioner=s license to practice law was originally suspended for two years, effective August 3, 2001. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #5. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules. On January 11, 2005, the panel issued its order of eligibility for reinstatement, conditioned upon petitioner=s active membership in the State Bar of Michigan.
On February 2, 2005, the Attorney Discipline Board issued an order of reinstatement, with an effective date of reinstatement of January 28, 2005, the date petitioner paid his bar dues to the State Bar of Michigan. Costs were assessed in the amount of $278.74.
