NOTICE OF REVOCATION AND RESTITUTION Case No. 04-80-GA Notice Issued: March 23, 2005

1. Revocation 2. Effective March 23, 2005 1 The hearing panel accepted the respondent=s plea of no contest to the allegations that, in one matter, he forged, or caused to be forged, two false orders terminating a garnishment and the stamp of a judge; and presented the forged orders to his client without advising her that they were false documents, knowing that she would present them to her employer for the purpose ceasing the garnishment. Respondent also pled no contest to the allegations that, in a civil matter, he abandoned the representation of his client and failed to return an unearned fee.

Respondent=s conduct was alleged to be in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(1)-(5); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(a) and (c); 1.2(a); 1.3; 1.4(a); 1.15(b); 1.16(d); and 8.4(a)-(c).

The parties agreed that respondent=s license be revoked and that he pay restitution in the amount of $2,500.00. Costs were assessed in the amount of $925.39.
