1. Suspension - 90 Days 2. Effective January 11, 2005 The hearing panel found that respondent, in a probate matter, created a false document, which was presented to his client. Respondent=s conduct was in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(3) and (4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a) and (b). The hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded.
The Grievance Administrator filed a petition for review and, upon review, the Board vacated Tri-County Hearing Panel #64's order of reprimand and increased discipline to a 90 day suspension of respondent=s license to practice law. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $3,102.64.
