NOTICE OF REINSTATEMENT WITH CONDITIONS Case No. 19-102-RP Notice Issued: March 30, 2020 Ronald Thomas Bruce, Jr., P 62579, Monroe, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board. Reinstated, Effective March 27, 2020 Petitioner was continuously suspended from the practice of law in Michigan since June 30, 2017. His petition for reinstatement, filed pursuant to MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #8. The panel concluded that petitioner satisfactorily established, by clear and convincing evidence, his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the criteria set forth in MCR 9.123(B)(1)-(7). 1 On March 17, 2020, the panel issued its Order of Eligibility for Reinstatement With Conditions. The Board received confirmation that petitioner paid his bar dues in accordance with Rules 2 and 3 of the Supreme Court rules concerning the State Bar of Michigan.

The Board issued an order reinstating petitioner to the practice of law in Michigan, with conditions, effective March 27, 2020.
