1. Reprimand 2. Effective October 27, 2004 Based on respondent=s conviction by a no contest plea to the misdemeanor of Retail Fraud III, the respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5).
The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded and be subject to certain conditions relevant to the respondent=s misdemeanor conviction. Costs were assessed in the amount of $773.00.
