On November 10, 2004, respondent entered a plea of guilty in the Jackson County Circuit Court to a charge of Attempted Breaking & Entering, a felony, in violation of MCL 750.110. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of that felony conviction.
Upon the filing of a certified copy of the judgment of conviction, the Attorney Discipline Board will enter an order directing respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered.
