His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Kalamazoo County Hearing Panel #4. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules. The panel issued its order of eligibility for reinstatement with conditions on November 11, 2004 and petitioner=s reinstatement to the practice of law is deemed to be effective on that date. Costs were assessed in the amount of $783.81.
