1. Reprimand 2. Effective August 9, 2004 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing respondent=s plea of no contest to the allegations that, as a successor trustee, he failed to provide the trust instrument, or any relevant portion thereof, to the beneficiaries; failed to provide the trust beneficiaries with a final accounting and an inventory; and failed to respond to two lawful demands for information from the Grievance Administrator.
Respondent was charged with a violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(a)(2). The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded with conditions. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,097.41.
