1. Suspension - 30 Days 2. Effective August 9, 2004 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline containing respondent=s plea of no contest to the allegations that he failed to timely answer the formal complaint in 02-83-GA. Respondent was charged with violations of MCR 9.104(A)(1), (2), (4) and (7); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(b) and 8.4(a) and (c).
The parties agreed that respondent should be suspended for 30 days.
