Based on respondent=s conviction of the felonies of child sexually abusive activity and computers-internet-communicating with another to commit crime, in violation of MCL 750.145(C)(2) and MCL 750.145(D)(2)(F), in the Kent County Circuit Court, the hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan be revoked, effective July 31, 2004. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,879.30.
