1. Reprimand 2. Effective June 5, 2004 Based upon a suspension order entered by the Wisconsin Supreme Court Office of Lawyer Regulation on July 16, 2003, the Attorney Discipline Board assigned this matter to a hearing panel and ordered respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered in accordance with MCR 9.104. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing the parties= agreement that identical discipline would be inappropriate and that respondent should be reprimanded.
The hearing panel issued an order reprimanding respondent and assessed costs in the amount of $771.96.
