1. Reprimand 2. Effective July 30, 2004 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing respondent=s plea of no contest to the allegations that she made a comment to the opposing party in a divorce matter that implied she was disinterested in the matter.
Respondent was charged with a violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 4.3. The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $878.75.
