Effective April 21, 2004 The Grievance Administrator and the respondent filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), based on respondent=s plea of guilty to the charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Liquor - Third Offense, a felony, in violation fo MCL 257.6256D; and of Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCL 257.624A, in the Oakland County Circuit Court. The hearing panel ordered that respondent be suspended for 179 days, effective April 21, 2004, the date of his conviction, subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $763.95.
