1. Reprimand 2. Effective March 25, 2004 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing respondent=s plea of nolo contendere to failing to maintain complete records which prevented him from timely notifying and distributing funds to his client=s widow; and from providing ocmplete and accurate information to the Grievance Administrator in the underlying investigation. Respondent was charged with violations of MCR 9.104(A); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.15(a) and 8.4(a).
The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $926.92.
