Effective February 18, 2004 Based upon a consent order of reprimand entered by the Wisconsin Supreme Court Office of Lawyer Regulation on January 8, 2003, the respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing the parties= agreement that respondent should be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $768.60.
