CORRECTED NOTICE OF SUSPENSION AND RESTITUTION (By Consent)

Case No. 03-100-GA Notice Issued: February 13, 2004 Robert J. Stelmock, P 57969, Livonia, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #13.

1. Suspension - 179 Days 2. Effective February 12, 2004 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing respondent=s plea of no contest to the allegation that he failed to maintain reasonable communications with his client regarding the status of her case and the rate or basis of the fees.

Respondent was charged with violations of MCR 9.104(A)(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.4(a) and (b); and 8.4(a). The parties agreed that respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan should be suspended for 179 days and that he pay restitution in the amount of $885.00. Costs were assessed in the amount of $955.44
