NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

Case No. 04-162-JC Notice Issued: May 25, 2005 Thomas Nolan, P 33738, Birmingham, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #69.

1. Suspension - 2 Year 2. Effective February 5, 2004 1 Based on respondent=s plea-based felony conviction for cocaine possession of less than 25 grams, in the 6 th Circuit Court, the respondent and Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license to practice law

shall be suspended for two years, effective February 5, 2004, to run concurrently with the suspension entered in Grievance Administrator v Thomas Nolan, Case Nos. 04-28-AI; 04-112-JC, and that respondent be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $768.60.
