1. Suspension - 60 days 2. Effective March 15, 2004 Respondent was convicted in the Saginaw County Circuit Court of violating a personal protection order pursuant to MCL 600.2950(11)(A)(i). Respondent also pled no contest to the allegations in Formal Complaint 03-151-GA that she failed to answer a request for investigation served by the Grievance Administrator. Respondent was charged with violations of MC R9.104(1)-(4) and (7); MCR 9.113(A) and (B)(2); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(a)(2) and 8.4(a) and (c). The hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 60 days effective March 15, 2004. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,025.08.
