FINAL NOTICE OF REINSTATEMENT WITH CONDITION Case No. 03-160-RP Notice Issued: March 10, 2004 Victoria Lynn Easterday, P 51874, Lansing, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Ingham County Hearing Panel #2.

1. Reinstated 2. Effective February 2, 2004 Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of 180 days effective July 1, 2003. Her petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Ingham County Hearing Panel #2. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established her eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On January 29, 2004, the panel issued its order of eligibility for reinstatement conditioned upon petitioner=s payment of bar dues to the State Bar of Michigan. On February 2, 2004, petitioner complied with this condition and was reinstated, in the interim, to the practice of law effective on that date.

On February 17, 2004, the hearing panel issued its final order of reinstatement with the condition that petitioner attend the State Bar of Michigan=s Ethics School scheduled for March 4, 2004. Costs were assessed in the amount of $741.50.
