1. Reinstated 2. Effective February 2, 2004 Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of 180 days effective July 1, 2003. Her petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Ingham County Hearing Panel #2. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established her eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On January 29, 2004, the panel issued its order of eligibility for reinstatement conditioned upon petitioner=s payment of bar dues to the State Bar of Michigan. On February 2, 2004, petitioner complied with this condition and her interim reinstatement to the practice of law is deemed to be effective on that date.
