Based on respondent=s misdemeanor conviction of domestic violence in the 14B District Court, the respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The hearing panel ordered that respondent be suspended for 30 days, effective January 20, 2004. Costs were assessed in the amount of $759.30.
