1. Interim Suspension 2. Effective November 11, 2003 On October 17, 2003, a public hearing was held in which the panel found that respondent had committed misconduct. In accordance with MCR 9.115(H), the hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan should be suspended, effective November 11, 2003, and until further order of the panel or Board.
