1. Reinstated 2. Effective November 21, 2003. Petitioner=s license to practice law was suspended continuously since March 21, 1995 as the result of three orders of discipline. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #70. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules. On April 8, 2003, the panel issued its order of eligibility for reinstatement conditioned upon petitioner=s re-certification by the State of Michigan Board of Law Examiners and payment of bar dues to the State Bar of Michigan. On November 21, 2003, petitioner had complied with these conditions and petitioner=s reinstatement to the practice of law is deemed to be effective on that date.
On December 12, 2003, the hearing panel entered an order of reinstatement with conditions that petitioner shall participate in a mentoring program for one year following his reinstatement and file federal and state tax returns from 1994 until present. Costs were assessed in the amount of $889.95.
