NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

Case No. 04-11-AI; 04-38-JC Notice Issued: September 3, 2004 Robert V. Tuscano, P 52924, Rochester Hills, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #14.

1. Suspension - 3 Years 2. Effective October 31, 2003 1 On October 31, 2003, respondent was convicted, in the Oakland County Circuit Court, of two counts of vehicular manslaughter, felonies, in violation of MCL 750.321-E. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of that felony conviction.

The Grievance Administrator and respondent filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5). The hearing panel ordered that respondent be suspended for three years, effective October 31, 2003. Costs were assessed in the amount of $886.45.
