On October 31, 2003, respondent was convicted of the felony of Vehicular Manslaughter, two counts, in the Oakland County Circuit Court, in violation of MCL 750.321. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of that felony conviction.
Upon the filing of a certified copy of the judgment of conviction, the Attorney Discipline Board will enter an order directing respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered.
