Suspension - 30 Days Effective September 26, 2003
In accordance with the hearing panel=s findings at the public hearing conducted on August 19, 2003, the parties agreed that respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan should be suspended for 30 days effective September 26, 2003.
On October 3, 2003, the hearing panel issued an interim order of suspension to be supplemented by a filing of its report and order in accordance with MCR 9.115(J)(1), (2) and (5).
