Based on respondent=s conviction in the 17 th Judicial Court in Grand Rapids of the use of narcotic/cocaine/methamphetamine/ecstacy, 2 nd offense, in violation of MCL 333.74042A, the hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license to practice in Michigan be suspended for 3 years, effective November 17, 2003. The hearing panel also imposed conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,774.03.
