Based on respondent=s plea of guilty to the charge of OUIL 2 nd Involving a Minor, a felony, in the Saginaw County Circuit Court, the Grievance Administrator and the respondent filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The hearing panel ordered that respondent be suspended for 179 days, effective August 11, 2003, the date of his sentencing, with a condition relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $792.56.
