1. Reprimand 2. Effective August 20, 2003 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing respondent=s admission to having been convicted by guilty plea, in the Oakland County 48 th District Court, on obscene phone calls, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCL 750.540E1D. The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $750.00.
