NOTICE OF AUTOMATIC INTERIM SUSPENSION Case Nos. 04-16-AI; 04-24-JC Notice Issued: March 3, 2004

Effective September 9, 2003.

On September 9, 2003, respondent pled guilty to Immigration Fraud, a felony, in violation of 18 U.S.C. ' 1546(a), in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of that felony conviction.

This matter has been assigned to a hearing panel for further proceedings. The interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel.
