1. Reprimand 2. Effective August 18, 2003 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing respondent=s admission to the allegation that, although he drafted a stipulation to withdraw after he was discharged from representation in a custody matter; he failed to file that stipulation with the court. Respondent was charged with a violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.16(a)(3). The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $750.00.
