Suspension - 2 Years and 11 Months Effective July 30, 2003. 1
Based on respondent=s plea-based felony conviction for felonious assault, in violation of MCL 750.82, in the Wayne County Circuit Court, the respondent and Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license to practice law shall be suspended for two years and 11 months, effective July 30, 2003, the date of the court=s acceptance of respondent=s plea. Costs were assessed in the amount of $840.60.
