1. Suspension - 180 Days 2. Effective July 1, 2003 On January 2, 2001, respondent was convicted of resisting and obstructing a police officer in the discharge of duty, a violation of MCL 750.479-B. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The hearing panel ordered that respondent be suspended for 180 days, effective July 1, 2003. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,655.25.
