1. Reprimand; 2. Effective June 18, 2003. Based upon a per curiam order issued by the State of Connecticut Statewide Grievance Committee, the Attorney Discipline Board assigned this matter to a hearing panel and ordered respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered in accordance with MCR 9.104. Respondent filed no pleadings and did not appear before the panel. On December 30, 2002, the panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded.
Respondent filed a timely petition for review and on May 27, 2003, the Attorney Discipline Board affirmed the hearing panel=s order of reprimand. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,724.02.
