On June 12, 2003, respondent pled guilty to the charge of OUIL 2 nd Involving a Minor, a felony, in the Saginaw County Circuit Court.. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of that felony conviction.
This matter has been assigned to a hearing panel for further proceedings. The interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel.
