Suspension - 60 Days Effective April 29, 2003

On January 6, 2003, respondent was convicted, by plea, of the felony of operating under the influence of intoxicating liquor, third offense. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The hearing panel ordered that respondent be suspended for 60 days, effective April 29, 2003. Costs were assessed in the amount of $769.52.
In accordance with MCR 9.123(A), the suspension was terminated with the respondent's filing of an affidavit of compliance with the clerk of the Michigan Supreme Court on July 1, 2003.
