NOTICE OF RECIPROCAL REVOCATION Case No. 07-142-RD Notice Issued: March 28, 2008 Charles St. George Kirkland, P 56523, Phoenix, Arizona, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #17.

1. Revocation 2. Effective April 20, 2003 1 On September 8, 2006, the Supreme Court of Arizona entered an order revoking respondent's license to practice law in Arizona based upon consent discipline proceedings during which respondent agreed to have his license revoked.

Reciprocal discipline proceedings were instituted in Michigan under MCR 9.104(B). Respondent did not appear at the hearing and did not communicate with the panel regarding his absence.

The hearing panel determined that respondent was afforded due process in the Arizona proceedings, and found that imposition of identical discipline in Michigan would not be clearly inappropriate. The panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be revoked, retroactive to April 20, 2003, to run concurrently with the period of suspension imposed in Arizona. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1 ,641.04.
